We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness for all families and proper planning for our camp staff, UMEI has established the following cancellation and refund policy:
 

• Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 4 weeks (28 days) before the camp start date will receive a 100% refund.

• Partial Refund: Cancellations made 7–27 days before the camp start date will receive a 50% refund.

• No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the camp start date, or after the camp has begun, will not be eligible for a refund.

Transfer Option: 

If your child is unable to attend their registered camp, you may transfer their registration to another camper (e.g., a sibling or friend) with no extra charge.

Exceptions:

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the event of a medical emergency or other extenuating circumstances (documentation may be required).

If you need to cancel or request a transfer, please contact the office as soon as possible.
