Created in celebration of UMEI Christian School’s 75th Anniversary, the Legacy Fund is for ensuring the school’s sustainability and making sure funds are available to address the changing needs of the community and student population.

Memorial Reserve Fund
The Memorial Reserve Fund is reserved for emergency needs and major capital expenditures. Only a specified portion of this fund can be used by the school in any given year.

Yes. UMEI Christian High School is a registered Canadian charity, and official charitable tax receipts are issued for eligible donations.
You can choose to support the area that matters most to you, whether that's the General Fund, Foundation Fund (tuition assistance), Legacy Fund or Memorial Reserve Fund. Gifts to the General Fund are directed to UMEI's greatest areas of need.
Absolutely. Tribute and memorial gifts are a meaningful way to celebrate or remember someone special. We'll provide an official tax receipt to the donor and can notify the honouree or family of your gift if requested. Donations over $200 will qualify for a plaque of their loved ones name on our memorial sign.
Yes. Monthly giving is one of the most impactful ways to support UMEI, providing consistent funding that helps us plan for the future with confidence.
Yes. UMEI accepts gifts of publicly traded securities and other planned giving options. Please contact us at office@umei.ca to discuss the best way to make your gift.
