UMEI is all about community! We have so many school events throughout the year that build community, which makes it easier to learn together, support one another and have fun! UMEI is so much more than just a school!
Studies consistently demonstrate that happiness and positive emotions play a significant role in enhanced academic performance. When students are in a positive and optimistic mindset, they tend to be more creative, engaged, and motivated, leading to better learning outcomes.

School Parties
Each month, Student Parliament organizes events such as Campfire Night, Barn Party, Coffee House, Christmas Party, and Valentine’s Party, giving students the chance to connect, have fun, and build community.
All-School Retreat
A full day of chapel activities, icebreaker games, welcoming activities for new students, food and fun!
Lightning Cup
Students compete in an Annual Dodgeball Tournament, where classes can choose a theme, dress up, and have fun — all while raising money for a local charity.
Beach Day
Students can relax and enjoy a day at the beach, taking a break and having fun before exams.
Grandparent's Day
Grandparents are invited to a special day with chapel, refreshments, and time to connect with their grandchildren.
Family Breakfast
A catered breakfast for the whole family at the school, and a special chapel time.
Deeper Faith
A three day event where we dive deep into a topic presented by a guest speaker, praise God through music chapels and strengthen students' relationship to Christ together with peers.
